Blue anodizing and precise manufacturing on CNC machines only.
Key parts are produced in CZ
The rest of the parts are supplied by respected manufacturers from USA, EU and Japan (Walbro, NGK, Vertex, Meteor piston).
Engine cylinder
It is casting made from aluminium allow with galvanically applied hard working surface - nicasil.
Piston from allow with high content of silicium
A special molybdenum sulfite coating is applied to the piston surface to reduce friction and extend engine life.
Crankshaft from alloyed steel
The crankshaft is supported by ball bearings, the conrod is made from high tensile duralumin and has both eyes supported by needles.
Carburettor Walbro
The air-fuel mixture is controlled by Walbro carburettor with choke and membrane pump.
Ignition
Battery powered electronic ignition with timing controlled by microprocessor and with safety functions.
